CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Our assembly technicians are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all of our agroeconomic products and equipment. They ensure that all parts and components are in proper working order and that the machines are in good condition. They also troubleshoot any problems that may arise with the equipment.

MACHINIST

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment used in the production of agroeconomic products. You will be responsible for monitoring production, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You must have the ability to work independently and follow safety regulations at all times.

ACCOUNTANT-CPA

As an Accountant, you will calculate and analyze the cost of goods sold, including direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead, to identify areas for cost reduction. Monitor inventory levels, track raw materials usage, and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop and manage production budgets, forecasting future costs based on production plans. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements related to manufacturing operations. Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER

As an Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will check accounting records for accuracy, track invoices and payments, prepare and file financial documents, work with purchasing and other accountants as needed, highlight discrepancies and research possible reasons for errors or differences in expected versus actual account balances, and maintain records in the ERP system for organizing company documents.

LTL- SHIPPING/RECEIVING/LOGISTICS

As an LTL shipping and receiving clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a range of goods. You will also be responsible for inspecting and recording the condition of inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring secure storage of goods.  

GENERAL LABORER

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating basic machinery, cleaning work areas, performing assembly line tasks as needed, and assisting skilled workers with various production processes, all while following safety guidelines and adhering to production schedules.

WELDER

Read specifications and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures, determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements, set up components for welding according to specifications, weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions, repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps, test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws, maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety. You must have the ability to work independently and follow safety regulations at all times.

STAFF ENGINEER

As a Staff Engineer, you will assist with the design and development of new and existing products, answer customer’s technical questions, program CNC cutting equipment, create and/or modify existing drawings to develop or improve products and processes, work directly with engineering and manufacturing to resolve problems with products and processes, communicate professionally to customers, management, and production operators, plus additional duties as assigned.
