Social & Digital Generalist

The Goals of this position include:

  • Manage social media editorial calendar planning and publishing. This includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Content creation which includes writing blogs and social posts, designing graphics, podcast and video editing, and creating e-newsletters.
  • Collaborate with Sales department to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and update customer website information as needed.
  • Measure, track and analyze digital and social metrics.
  • Compile snapshot, monthly, quarterly and annual account reports.
  • Prepare, participate in and deliver presentations internally as needed.
  • Provide strategic insight and recommendations as well as participate in meetings where appropriate.

Who you are:

  • A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of applicable experience with proven abilities in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Task orientated and ability to meet deadlines
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Positive enthusiastic attitude
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge or ability to learn Adobe creative software or similar programs.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools like Google Adworks and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with content management systems and platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp and Quickbooks CRM, etc.
  • Podcast production experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
